Hannah Asphalt Services is a superior asphalt maintenance company that offers the following commercial services:
- Seal coating – We apply two coats of Sealmaster Coal Tar Sealer to asphalt parking lots. Before applying the sealer, we clean the parking lot with a mechanical blower and treat oil spots. A sealed pavement gives your asphalt protection that more than doubles its life expectancy. Coal Tar Sealer is a protective coating that prevents gas, oil, and salt damage, stops water penetration, and prevents oxidation of the pavement. Sealer also beautifies the asphalt by giving it a brand-new look. This service is the main part of our business.
- Line striping - We paint parking space lines, arrows, logos, numbers, or lettering that is needed on the parking lot.
- Crack filling - Our crew cleans and fills asphalt pavement cracks with cold seek crack sealer. Crack sealant will keep water from penetrating to the base.
- Patching - We saw, cut, lift, and replace damaged asphalt with new asphalt.
- Dust Control - Our dust control products are applied to stone parking lots and roadways to retard the dust that is caused by trucks and forklifts. Our customers are mainly lumber yards and brick yards.
